‘Military service issue’ Seok Hyeon-jun joins the Jeonju Citizen Soccer Team… Uniform number 9

‘Poongwoonah’ Seok Hyeon-joon joins the K4 League Jeonju Civic Soccer Team and seeks a comeback in Korea.

On the 24th, the Jeonju Citizen Soccer Team announced the news of Seok Hyun-jun’s joining through the club’s SNS, saying, “The Jeonju Citizen Soccer Team will accompany Seok Hyun-jun in the 2023 season. Seok Hyun-jun’s uniform number is 9.”

This year, 32-year-old Seok Hyeon-joon moved to Europe after graduating from Shingal High School, tested at Ajax in the Netherlands, and officially joined the team. It is well known that he went to the head coach at the time, Martin Jol, and asked for a test. He went back and forth between the first and second teams, looking for opportunities, but it wasn’t easy and he moved to Groningen in 2011. However, he suffered from injuries and only scored 5 goals in the two seasons. 스포츠토토

After that, he traveled back and forth between Portugal and Saudi Arabia to find opportunities. After a successful season in Vitoria, Portugal in 2014, he drew attention in the summer of 2015 when he joined FC Porto, Portugal’s strongest team. However, he failed to make a big impact and moved to France via Turkey. In Troyes, France, which was his last European team, overlapping military service issues forced him to end his European life and return home.

He also appeared in 15 matches for the national team. Having made his A-match debut in a friendly match against Iran in September 2010, he was called up to the national team in 2015, 2016 and 2018. He scored 5 goals in 15 matches.

Although the K4 League player registration has been completed, it is known that the trial result remains to be seen. If he is allowed to play, he is expected to continue his career as a social worker.
